About the job:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Work on creative projects including ads, social media campaigns, presentations, reports, infographics, and other brand-related comms, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a very high standard.

Work with our marketing team to help evolve our new brand identity.

Partner closely with marketing, sales, and our content teams to maintain synergetic relationships.

Communicate ideas and choices behind your design decisions and work with others’ feedback to create awesome solutions.

Work under the pressure of deadlines in a collaborative & friendly environment.

The Essentials

Experience in a marketing or advertising-focused role.

An absolute genius at Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a good working knowledge of Sketch and After Effects.

You are bursting at the seams with ideas and obsessed with design across both digital and print. You love being a designer, and you are excited about the next step in your career.

You’ve super-duper communication skills (both written and verbal), and you are comfortable showing working ideas to the team.

You are great at managing your own time, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

You really enjoy working with others to establish and maintain collaborative relationships, you value all input, and you are always eager to learn.

Additional digital skills (e.g., After Effects, Final Cut, Flash, Dreamweaver) would be an asset but not essential.


Current and deep practical knowledge of design in both print and digital communications.

Current knowledge of digital design trends.

Current knowledge of developments in the distribution of digital communications.

Appreciation of copywriting skills.

Appreciation of brand marketing.

This is an interesting team position. This is primarily brand management and marketing, but since we are a start-up, one needs to put hands-on multiple responsibilities across various departments.


Responsibilities include:


  • Develop 360-degree marketing & trade plans based on the brands’ vision and adapted to the Indian market’s needs.
  • Creating and executing the brand strategy for the companies we represent.
  • Support in the development and delivery of omnichannel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives across consumer touchpoints.
  • Be pivotal in the development of brand building activations, developing best in class activations and communications.
  • Be on the lookout for new opportunities that would add value to the customer experience and business commercially.
  • Identify brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities and develop strategies to leverage brand engagement and drive sales across all channels. 
  • Working in collaboration with the social & content team develops an influencer strategy that cultivates and strengthens influencer partnerships.
  • Own and manage local marketing activities across India.
  • Maintain accurate control of budget spend.
  • Analyse and report key marketing metrics to strengthen marketing planning/activities for the future.

Experience – 1-2 Years+

Qualification – Any Bachelors ( Preferably Bcom / BA / Economics )

BD is responsible to drive new business; achieving sales target; ensure all sales and fulfilment process are executed as per agreed time frame; implement sales plan and manage sales team.

Job Description – The Sales Development Manager is responsible for planning and driving Sales Development, Sales Capability & transformation agendas in the Country. The SDM will work closely with the  Marketing team to conceptualize & implement agendas in the division and anchor division specific interventions  in order to provide long term business growth, while helping achieve Company’s goal 

Key Deliverable of the Role: 

Anchor & drive Urban  initiatives & Rural initiatives in the division. 

Identify distribution gaps & bridging outlet gaps to maximize long term business growth. 

Implement Sales Transformation, Drive sales transformation projects & Prototypes in the divisions. . 

Plan and drive Sales Development KPIs in the division. 

Build adherence, Drive LIs efficiency and plan for enhancing Sales productivity in the division. 

Manage customers with planned interventions focusing on assessment, engagement, healthy returns & quick query resolution. 

Sales Forecasting and Planning

– Responsible for his/her territory’s forecasting and sales tracking

– Increasing market share by developing new customers 

– Preparing pipeline of sales accounts

– Set sales target for the sales team directly reporting based on respective vertical & market

– Taking initiates like promotions, offers and discounts to achieve sales projections

– Ensuring minimum return from stores

Service Orientation

– Meeting sales target as defined by the management

– Negotiating sales price and discounts in consultation with  Marketing

– Following up with prospects for closure of sales

– Addressing customer complaints and fulfilling requirements within time

– Providing after sales support to the customer

– Ensuring on time collection from customers

– Monitoring and validating costs and ensuring they are within budget limits for the region 

– Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives

– Maintaining and building relationships with customers and prospects

– Monitoring sales and related data and drawing inferences to propose future course of action

– Weekly sales report from sales executives reporting to be collated and submitted.

– Provide timely feedback regarding performance of the dealers and distributors to the RSM

– Preparing and sending collection reports to the regional sales manager on a periodic basis
